Nursery Trampoline Customer Review: Tube joint cracked


First of all, this toy is very popular with my 2 daughters (4 1/2yrs and 2yrs). My younger daughter has gross motor delays and we purchased this to work on jumping...WHICH SHE LOVES!! Since she is so young (and tiny) I am on top of her - trying to avoid her chin hitting the handle bar. (She doesn't extend her arms out very far either). Use extreme caution with children of ANY age. My 2 complaints: First, assembly is difficult for 1 person; with 2 people it is very simple (need 4 hands). Secondly, while assembling the trampoline (by myself), the "tube joint" cracked in half. I recommend checking this piece regularly, as well as all parts. The "tube joint" is the circular piece (with the teeth) that cranks the arm and legs open and closed. I called Galt immediately and they are shipping 2 tube joints to me - no charge, of course. My compliments: Pleasant customer service at Galt America...no automated phone nightmares...2 rings and I was speaking with a representative.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS FOR MY GRANDCHILD AND HE JUST LOVES IT. WE ALSO HAD ALITLE PROBLEM WITH TIPPING,BUT AFTER CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE MANUFACTURER, WE WERE ALL SET. WE HAD IT SET UP WRONG.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT GALT AMERICA WAS JUST WONDERFUL. I HAVE READ OTHER COMMENTS ABOUT THIS TRAMPOLINE WHERE PEOPLE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH IT, I SUGGEST THAT THEY CONTACT GALT.

This is a great indoor trampoline. It is a bit tricky to put together, but so far it has been a source of delight for the kids.

Customer Review: Kids love it.


Husband had problems putting this together and some parts took the two of us. Also the holes that are drilled into the handle bars were not straight which means on one side we were not ale to put the screws in as it just would not fit through. Even missing this one part it still seems stable enough for my 2 year old and 4 year old as they don't weigh a whole lot. : Nursery Trampoline

I bought this for my 2-year-old's birthday and she and my 4-year-old love it. It is small enough to fit in a tight space but uses big energy! It was pretty simple to put together but missing a screw which was promptly replaced. A great buy for active little ones!

The shipping was pretty quick and the assembly was too difficult although I did pass this job onto my husband! The outter yellow cover had a tiny tear along one seam but rather than return it, I just stitched it myself. It works very well and the kids love it! : Nursery Trampoline
